What is your retouching policy?

Texture-preserving, ethical, and respectful. No unrealistic alterations.

What is the typical turnaround time?

Preview gallery in 3–5 business days. Final retouched images within 7–10 business days after selection approval. Rush options are available.

When will my prints be delivered?

Prints usually ship within 5–7 business days after approval. Framed pieces may take 10–14 business days.

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule without an additional fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations up to 72 hours before the booking are fully refundable. Within 72 hours, a partial fee may apply due to reserved studio time.

Do you provide RAW files?

We deliver high-resolution edited JPEGs/TIFFs. RAW files are not part of standard packages but may be licensed on request.

What rights do I have to the photos?

Personal use rights are included for non-commercial sharing and printing. Commercial usage requires a separate license.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards and bank transfers. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Is the studio accessible?
